Maggie Fulmer
Editor-in-Chief + Website Overlord
she/her
Maggie Fulmer lives and writes in Cincinnati, Ohio but is a proud product of Kentucky public schools. She received her BA in Journalism and MA in English from Northern Kentucky University. Her work has been featured in Atlas+Alice, Olney, Bullshit Lit, The Madrigal, Eclectica, and others. She can be found in the second to last row of a movie theater once a week.
Jen Fischer Davis
Assistant Editor + Aspiring Overachiever

Jen Fischer Davis earned both her BA and MA from Northern Kentucky University, where she now works as an academic advisor. Publishing credits include a collage essay in McSweeney’s and poetry in Rust & Moth, Whale Road Review, Door is a Jar, Licking River Review, and others. Her poem “Friday Night Jesus” was long-listed for the 2019 Over the Edge New Writer of the Year award, and she was a 2018 Best of the Net nominee for her poem “The room is dark when I wake up this morning” from Eclectica. She’ll begin her MFA in poetry at Spalding University in Fall 2024.
Nik Moore

Nik Moore is a Kentucky poet and an alum of the MFA program in Creative Writing at the University of Montana. Their poems appear in or are forthcoming from Orion, Poetry Northwest, A Literary Field Guide to Northern Appalachia, The Greensboro Review, and elsewhere. In addition to roles in editing and academic advising, Nik works tirelessly as a professional middle child.
Alexander Walz
Assistant Editor + Booze Cruise Director

Alexander Walz earned both his BA and MA in English from Northern Kentucky University, and is now having an existential crisis and doesn’t know what to do after graduation and maybe just wants to grow plants and cook and okay, now he’s spiraling. Though an avid writer of Fiction, he’s shifted to writing Creative Non-Fiction in recent months, after finishing a capstone project focused on food, cooking, and its intersections in his life. Alex is currently working on a local restaurant and food blog for the Cincinnati area and the surrounding region, and seeks to publish works on food, travel, and everything in between.
Jasmine Williamson

Jasmine Williamson lives in Cincinnati, Ohio with her two children, three cats, two guinea pigs, and a tortoise. She holds a BA in Anthropology and an MA in English/Creative Writing from Northern Kentucky University, where she now works as an academic coordinator and part-time faculty, teaching composition. Her poetry and CNF has appeared in places such as Paddler Press, Northern Otter Journal, Farside Review, Daily Drunk Mag, Hearth & Coffin, Sledgehammer Lit, Selcouth Station, and in Ós Pressan, out of Iceland.
